About Me

Hello, my name is Owen Spencer and i am going to keep this brief and short. I was an england waterpolo player and have always loved fitness! This meant i did A level Pe to gain a greater understanding on sports in england and also how the the body works. Therefore i could help other people with advise and improve on myself. Tips from my experience in Calisthenics

I am going to make these quick and simple!

Stretch to prevent injury!

Start of lower and easier than you think, for example dont jump in to the hardest and cool looking exercises!

Master the foundation, to the point its easy!

Dont skip the prerequisites!

Stay Consistent!

If intermediete to high level, add weights! For example weighted pull ups!

Make sure its correct form! Even if this means restarting to get the correct form!
